What Does Reddish Patch On The Glans Penis Indicate?

Hi, I have been having a small reddish/pinkish patch on my penile glans. There was no itch or pain. Recently I read from the internet that KMnO4 can help, so I diluted the powder in water and soak the glans for about 1 minute. After that within 1-2 days the small patch became redder. About one month later which is now, it began to bleed. A small spot of wound can be seen and there is some bleeding. When I rub on it, it is painful and more blood comes out. Please help.

Hello sir,
You say it is about month long or more there.
These are not good signs.
Please consult your doctor, especially skin and sex specialist.
Months or more long ulcers are mostly autoimmune lesions as it seems because cancerous ulcers are not painful to touch. They are hard, non bleeding and non healing.
Please get your self checked.
Also provide your feed back.
Regards
Dr Muzaffar.
