What Does Recurring Symptoms Of UTI Suggest?

Hi. I have been suffering quite badly with what appears to be UTIs for about 3 months now. I have probably had about 8 courses of 3 different antibiotics in that time. My urine has been tested perhaps 4 or 5 times during that time showing i have e.coli so the medicine prescribed is supposed to be sensitive to that strain. However even whilst on the antibiotics, i still have a couple of days a week where i have an 'episode' as i call it. During an episode i will be in pain and discomfort and will drink litres of water and going to the toilet about every 5-15 minutes. This can go on for upto 6 hours leaving me exhausted.by the end of this my legs feel like they have little moments of electric currents running through them, my stomach is swollen and my sides and back be hurting.. Ive tried medication and i have tried cranberry juice, garlic, natural yogurt, apple cider vinegar, bicarb soda, tea tree oil bath and wipes and even cupping, to no avail. What could this be? I feel like my life is on hold. Im generally a healthy 33 yr old apart from suffering from migraines. I appreciate any advice.
