What Does Rash At The Nape Of Neck Spread Behind Ears And Lower Arms Suggest?

I have a rash that started at the nape of my neck and behind my ears. My doctor first thought it was caused by an allergic reaction to my hair dye. I switched to a completely natural product, but regardless the rash has spread to my lower arms. I do not believe it is related to the hair dye anymore. ideas?

asper the site it is more probable of fungalinfection. skin scrapping and stain can confirmdiagnosis. can consult dermatologist for diagnosis. if fungal can apply mcandid ointment.mantain hygine.
