What Does Rare Inflammatory And Epithelial Cells In Sperm Analysis Indicate?

Hi, My husband and I have had three sperm analysis done all with the result of no sperm. This last one was sent to pathology and the report said, rare inflammatory and epithelial cells. Here are the results of the analysis.

PH: 8.0 (the other 2 have been 8 and over as well)
Volume: 7.8
Color: Yellow-white
Turbidty: Turbid
Viscosity: High
Liquifac: >20
Sperm count: Morph: 0
RBC's: neg
WBC: rare

I am wondering if this looks like an infection or a blockage of some sort. We have been around the world and back with this and no one has suggested either one of these as a possible cause but when I do some online research it seems that it could be???? Please help. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your semen analysis report suggest that you have azoospermia. It means no sperm count in your semen. It may be due to obstruction or may be due to production defect. You should go for fructose test and testicular biopsy. If you have obstruction then it can be treated surgically. If you havr no sperm production then you should go for in vitro fertilization with some donated sperm. Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
