Total sperm count 5.8million, overallmortality 67%,
total mortile count 3.8million, forward progression 19%,
vability 70%, WBC
Abnormalities consit of :
small heads 6%, large heads 2%, tapering headv11%,
pyriform head 2%, double head 1%,
round/globoids head 2%, ,amorphous head 35%,
bend neack 15%, tinckend midpiece 11%,
sub axial attachment 5%, cytoplasmic droplet 5%
double tails 1%, coiled tails 1%, short tails 1%
comments: chunks of gelatinous materials noted, oligoteratozoospermia
i am currently taking counsulting orthomolecular and naturopathic medicinal doctor, and takin below medicines
elemental magnesium 1 ml twice daily dilluted in water and
nattokinase 1/2 tab 2times a day and after 7 days 1tab daily nighttime.
we are married for 6yrs and we dont have a child yet.
can you give me your suggestions please

As an Urologist, i can advise you that the semen test shows very low count.
Along with that, the percentage of normal live sperms and normal forms of sperms, is very low.
You need to repeat the semen analysis, with a minimum gap of 2-3 weeks, and 2 days without sex, before the test.
You also need to check blood male hormone levels, FSH,LH,PRL,testosterone sugar, and ultrasound of abdomen and scrotal doppler scan.
Show the reports to a doctor, and you're welcome to get an expert opinion here, by sending reports , in my name. Wish you well.
