My husband’s semen analysis is as follows: Volume : 1ml; PH: 8.0; Colour: creamy; Viscosity: Low; Traslucent; pus cells: 5-6 hpf; epithelial: positive; culture: moderate; viable: 55%; Active & progress: 10%; sluggish: 40%; Nonmotile: 5%; Dead cells: 45%;
Normal cells: 70%; abnormal cells: 30%; Sperm count: 9 million/ml
Staphylococcus spp. Pls advise.

He seems to be suffering from infection urogenital organs which includes prostate,urinary bladder and testis.
His culture is postive as well as sperm count is quite low.
He requires ultrasound of that area, urine examination and complete blood count.
After that he should undergo course of antibiotic either cephalosporin group or floxacins.
Please avoid intercourse until his infection clears or you can use condom with caution.You should also undergo your check up like urine examination and gynecology examination and if anything there you also should be treated.
