This means you have small fluid filled polyps in air containing spaces on both sides of nose. *obstruction of both osteomeatal units by the mucosal over the hypertrophied uncinate process. There is slight inflammation of lining in the inner portion of nasal cavity. *obstruction of both fronto ethmoidal recesses by the mucosal oedema. There is slight inflammation also noted in the spaces above the nose. *s shaped deviation of nasal septum. The central bony partition of the nose is crooked. *hypertrophy of both inferior furbinates. The inner sides of the nose are enlarged. These findings suggest nose infection possibly due to allergy and can be treated with medications. The S shaped nasal septum may need surgery if it is causing severe symptoms.
