Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can fully understand your anxiety.
Semen analysis report shows,no live sperms. This is called 'Azoospermia'.
Without a healthy live sperm,a pregnancy is not possible.
So,this needs to be further tested, to find out cause for it and treatment.
1. An Urologist examination to assess reproductive organs, testis and penis.
2. Hormone tests like,FSH,LH,PRL,testesterone,blood routine,LFT,and RBS.
3. A testicular biopsy to be done,to find cause and type of azoospermia.
4. A scrotal doppler ultrasound may be needed in some cases.
According to the reports, proper treatment can be advised.
If you've any doubts, send it to me,as a direct question.
