Q : Hello Sir, I am 28 years old married guy and below are the particulars of my sperm test report. Please have a look into this and interpret the results to me.. should i consult a doctor for a baby. Volume: 3 ml colour: whitish LIQUEFACTION-NORMAL: 25Min Reaction: Alkaline Sperm Count: 40 million/ml Active Motile: 50% Sluggish: 10% Non Motile: 40% Epithelial Cells: 3-4/HPF Pus Cells: 1-2/HPF Morphology Normal: 70% Abnormal: 30% I am waiting for a quick reply. Let me know how much time have been lapsed since you get married. (Active married life). If you do not have kid after at least one year of active married life provided regular unprotected sexual intercourse, then you should meet to gynecologist for infertility investigation.
I read your semen analysis report. It is normal as far as for your concern to have a child.
