Hi,
Everything appears normal and controlled under medications.
Regarding concentric LVH and LV diastolic dysfunction in echo report, i must say, its due to long standing hypertension. These are changes caused by increased blood pressure on heart over long period, and its very common in such patients.
It is always advisable to have good control on blood pressure, to avoid further damage, which will give you symptoms like easy fatigue, chest discomfort, breathing difficulty etc.
Though for now, i must say to you, Don't worry.

Regards
