Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Findings doesn't confirm tuberculosis.Your report suggests suspicious tubercular lesions in left upper lung field. It may be due to active infection.
It is difficult to determine low grade infection present inside the lesion.

It is important to rule out infective etiology.
You need further tests to confirm tuberculosis. You need routine hemogram, mantoux test.PCR can be done if needed.PCR will confirm tuberculosis.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Hope i have answered your query.
Take Care
