What Does "Brochiectactic Changes At Both Paracardiac Regions" Suggest?

What is Bronchiectactic changes at both paracardiac regions. This is in a xray report after concluding 7months treatment for Tuberculosis. This was 15 yrs ago when I was 72. I have been receiving symptomatic treatment for chronic cough and also antibiotic treat ment when fever is present. Now my cough if not productive . I am in and out of hospital . I was in hospital with high fever and cough and doctors checking with xray treated with augmentin. In a few days fever has come back. I am being given clarithromycin. Unlike earlier mycough is not productive now ( does not produce much sputum ). SPutum tests has been negative. A CT Scan will taken today as further investigation. Any suggestions on investigation or medicines.

it means that the airways that are near to the heart have become dilated.. most likely secondary to an infection.. might be because if the tb that you have had previously.. the dilated airways cause secretions from the lung to accumulate and thereby predisposing to infections.. further investigations and course of management depends on the ct findings..
