What Does " Central Pneumonitis And Atherosclerotic Aorta" Mean?

my Chest X-ray says central pneumonitis and atherosclerotic aorta. Meaning? I also have palpitations lately , SOMETIMES, i THINK BUT AM NOT SURE THAT MY HEART HURTS? BUT the pain is not remarkable that I wonder if I just imagined it. Have back pains too. I am diabetic.

According to chest X-ray report there are signs of infection in central part of the lung.You need antibiotics for infection.
Atherosclerotic aorta is the deposition of calcium in the walls of aorta.This is age related finding and doesn't require any treatment.
Generally palpitation is due to benign reasons,however cardiac status should be properly evaluated in elderly persons.
Back pain may be due to many reasons and you need proper clinical evaluation.
