What Does Prolonged QT Indicate?

My ecg read a qtc of 460 previous qtc 444 and my latest ecg qtc 409 I m worried about the first as I have been told it shows prolonged QT, does this mean I have prolonged QT syndrome or is this just a one off reading ?? I m female in my 30s and pregnant

Dear Mrs,

For female QTc is not considered abnormal unless it is more than 470 msec.
In your case there is prolongation from 409 to 444 msec. It can be due to changes in your organism during pregnancy. But still it is within normal ranges.
