What Does Presence Of Pus Cells, Mucus And Epithelial Cells On Stool Exam Denote?

My daughter is 17 months old. She is passing stool 4-5 times daily (semi liquid). Have done stool exam. It shows Mucus (+), Epithelial Cell 1-2 / HPF, Pus cell 2-6 / HPF, R.B. Cells 0-5 / HPF, Fat Globules (+), Vegetable Cell (+).

Can anyone please tell my what does the above indicate?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the stool test result is normal one and even the passing of stool three to four time or five time in day is also normal one, but it can be taken into control and for that diet needs to be changed, avoid fat containing food, greasy food, oily food, have fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, be patience it will be fine soon, if not then stool need to be sent for culture sensitivity just to rule out the infection hope this information helps.
