When ovaries are bulky and multiple follicle arranged peripherally with central echogenic storma are the findings seen in the PCOS - polycystic ovarian syndrome. Which clinically shows irregular periods, weight gain, facial hair growth. Treatment includes hormonal therapy.
In your case report says on one side there are follicles, its possible in presence of dominant follicle. But if you are experiencing above symptoms - then its PCOS, visits your Gynaecologist for better treatment.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health. Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
