General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
The urine analysis of your mother says there is excretion of albumin and traces amount of glucose present in urine.
If she is diabetic, then it indicates some amount of damage taking place to her kidneys, which needs evaluation and monitoring.
Other microscopic findings seems to be ok and not indicating gross infection.
Her kidneys and blood glucose control needs proper evaluation.
Kindly consult Diabetologist or Physician in this regard for proper management.
All the best.
