hi dr. im a female,my urine report is color pale yellow,appearance hazy,s. gravity1.020 ,proteins nil ,glucose nil,ketone bodies nil ,reaction[PH] acidic,rbc nil ,pus cells 3-4/hpf, epithelial cells 1-2/hpf, casts nil, crystals nil, amorphous deposits nil, yeasts cell nil, mucus threads nil, trichomonas vaginalis nil, spermatozoa nil, bacteria[+] could you tell me what it means? what should i do next

Normally few bacteria are present in urine. It doesn't suggest any urinary tract infection.
