What Does Positive For Wheat Antibodies Suggest With Ulcers In Small Intestine?
Dr my brother has been found positive for wheat antibodies but no confirmation in biospy.but he is on gluten free diet since then.its 5 months ove and still has no effect on the no of times he need to go to toilet.why is it so?????also in endoscopy he had no distropy of villi but was found to had ulcer in small intestine.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the illness or the disease condition if he is passing the stool three to four times in day then it is nothing to worry because it is the normal, one, over consciousness may be the cause of the symptom, If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium three times in day, hope this information helps.
