OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Delayed periods along with positive urine pregnancy test is confirmatory of pregnancy. Spotting in early pregnancy can be due to threatened or missed abortion, bleeding around the fetus( subchorionic haemorrhage) or ectopic pregnancy.
The diagnosis can be confirmed by proper examination and ultrasound.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist for proper evaluation and treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
