Hi Saurabh.Placenta covering internal os means it is placenta praevia and risk of bleeding anytime during pregnancy.
This bleeding is usually painless, causeless and without any warning sign. So, you should not be scared but careful all the time. Don't go to washroom after bolting the door and inform somebody at home when you are alone or in washroom, etc. Don't involve in sex. You will have to observe abstinence till your report says that placenta has gone up. In many cases, it gets migrated in upper segment at 28-30 weeks.Don't travel alone.
Don't lift heavy wt.
Never get per vaginum ex. from anybody.
Visit your dr. regularly.Thanks.
