Hello

Your findings may suggests fullness of pelvi-calyceal system in both kidneys. It is the dilatation of collecting system in kidneys.
It may be due to many causes like obstruction due to calculus, reflux,PUJ obstruction, enlarged prostate etc.
It is most likely not related to calculus as it is not mentioned in the report.
Then other causes should be investigated and treat accordingly.
You may need IVP(intra venous pyelography),dynamic urine flow study etc.
Treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
