What Does Partial Regression Of PTB Suggest?

Result of my x-ray after my medication was Partial regression of PTB, both upper Lung. Suggest clinical correlation and follow-up I have complete my 6 mos. PTB treatment. Do I need to secure medical certificate to my Pulmonology doctor before I undergo pre-employment medical exam. Thank you

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion the lesions seen on chest x ray at present are due to healed fibrotic scar. So no need to worry about this. As this will remain for life long.
But you need to prove that these lesions are not active and they are healed scar only.
So get done CT THORAX and bronchiscopy with BAL (Broncho Alveolar Lavage) analysis for AFB. If both of these are negative than no need to worry for active TB. So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these. You definitely need certificate for future employment issues.
