Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to x-ray report there are fibrous densities in the right paracardiac region,it is sequel of past lung infection.
Infection naturally heals by calcification and fibrosis. This condition doesn't generally require any treatment unless it compromises pulmonary functions.
Findings are not serious at all.

Rest of the findings are within normal limit.Pulmonary vascular patter is within normal.
Cardiac shadow is within normal limit.
Diaphragm, both CP angles and bony thorax are also normal.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
