Hello and welcome to HCM,
The karyotype report shows a normal variation in the structure of the chromosome number 1 and 15.
The most common chromosomal abnormalities which are responsible for firts trimester abortions are structural abnormalities of chromosomes 21, 18, 13, X and Y chromosomes.
Since, none of these abnormalities are present you can safely plan your next pregnancy.

Thanks and take care
