What Does Non-homogenous Opacity In The Right Para-cardiac Lower Zone Mean ?

hello , my uncle was diagnosed non-homogenous opacity noted in right para cardiac lower zone . he smokes alot . he coughs alot and has severe chest pain . he vomits alot and he gets alott of sputum . please lemme know what this means .

This is likely a case of Pnuemonitis , common in smokers . blood tests and antibiotic treatment either intravenous or oral for 5-7 days with supportive treatment will help to cure the disease . Repeat X ray after test is advisable .
