What Does No Parenchyma Haemorrhages In The Below MRI Report Of The Brain Suggest?

MRI of the Brain History: rule out brain tumor Mri examination of the brain with and without Gadolinium shows normal configuration of the supra and infra tentorial brain parenchyma. There are few non enhancing T2/FLAIR hyperintense signal abnormalities in the subcortical periventicular white matters of the frontal lobes .There are no enhancing mass lesion seen . There are no evidence of acute infracts as well as parenchyma hemorrages . no areas of restricted diffusion noted on diffusion weighted images. The cortex and white mattershow normal development and normal signal intensity especially the periventricular white matters . The corpus collasum, basal nuclei, thalami shows no abnormalities. The cerebral sulci, Sylvian , interhemispheric and cerebellar fissures are intact . The ventricles are normal in size and symmetrical without shifts or deformities. The midline structures are not displaced. The basal cerebellopontine cisterns are unremarkable. The sella, extrasellar and intraorbital structures, petronastoids and bony calvarium appear normal.IMPRESSion : NO GROSS EVIDENCE OF ACUTE INFRACTS, PARANCHYMA HEMORRAGES OR FOCAL ENHANCING MASS LESION NON SPECIFIC SIGNAL ABNORMALITIES IN THE SUBCORTAL WHITE MATTER ASPECTS OF THE FRONTAL LOBES BILATERALLY SEEN IN MICROVASCULAR ISCHEMIC CHANGES , DEMYELINATING DISEASE AND CHRONIC MIGRAINE HEADACHE .Doctor , what does it mean ? i hope you can help me to understand it. Hello. This MRI report basically suggests there are no glaring abnormalities. There are a few changes but they are all non specific and possibly part of the normal aging process and unlikely to be of any significance. Hope this helps.
