Welcome to health care magic.

1.It seems like lung inflammatory condition with lymph nodal enlargement.
2.Breast - if you have any issues - you need to get a breast ultrasound that will help to evaluate the presence of any lesions or inflammatory changes.
3.Depending on the age - mammogram ( breast x-ray) will be help to detect things which can not be seen on ultrasound.
4.For better evaluation and understanding cause of lymph nodal enlargement - suggest CT thorax - if required contrast.
5.Even inflammation of the lung can give the lymph nodal enlargement. You can even get a follow-up x-ray after a course of antibiotic treatment.

Good luck.
