What Does My Vaginal Sonogram Result Indicate?

Hi.. I had a vaginal sonogram and I came out with the uterus is anteverted and midline in location measuring 6.8 x 3.4 x5.1 cm. Endometrium measure 1.3 cm. also the right ovary measures 2.2 x1.8 x2.5 cm. right ovarian follicular cyst. I would like to know what it means.
