What Does My Vaginal Smear Suggest?

hi, i am 32 with 20 wks pregnant and had vaginal swab smear shows large no of pus cells and few epithelial cells. organisms are gram positive bacilli and few gram - bacilli. Pus Cells 40-50/hpf, RBC s nil, Epithelial cells 3-4/hpf, Trichomonas Vaginalis - absent, Yeast cells - absent, clue cells absent.

so better you meet a gynecologist to rule.your vaginal swab smear report shows infection by g+ve and g-ve bacteria in vagina.for this you need treatment .better consult your gynecologist for that.good luck.
