What Does My Urinalysis Result Indicate?

hi! my urinalysis result says routine: color yello, transparency hazy, specific gravity 1.015, ph 6.0 blood + protien negative, glucose negative ketone negative, Microscopic: WBC 1-4/hpf, rbc 5-9/hpf, casts NONE epithelial cells few, mucucs threads few, amorphous urates few bacteria few and crystals none.. is it just normal or do i have infection?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by haziness of urine and presence of RBC,WBC,bacteria,mucus threads etc in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
