What Does My Ultrasound Test Report Indicate?

Hi, I had some problem with periods with heavy blood flow and stomach pain. Some times i was getting water discharge too. Doctor has suggested for ultrasound(usg transvaginal) Report: Uterus: 1. Posterior wall subserosal fibroids of 2.0cm & 4.0cm 2. Endometrial thickness: 9.8mm Andexa: 1. Left ovarian small Endometrioma of 1.5cm 2. Bilateral thickened fallopian tubes noted. 3. A cystic lesion of 5.0x1.7 cm, with septations, in POD POD: Minimal free fluid. Doctor ha given me Doxycycline & Lactic Acid bacillus capsules for 7 days and call after 6 weeks. Please suggest is this the proper medicine for my problem. Thank you

no medication will help you in fibrod and cyst..
surgery is the best option... total hysterectomy with bilayeral oophorectomy..
