the uterus is anteverted with normal echo pattern. It measured 5.06 x 3.81 x 2.76 cm. The endometrium is thin and intact measuring 0.51 cm. The uterine outline is smooth and regular. The cervix is normal in size and echo pattern and measures 3.83 x 2.60 x 1.72 cm with leading follicle measuring 1.00 cm. while the left ovary measured 2.74 x 1.95 x 2.29 cm with several subcentimer follicles. No adnexal mass is noted. No fluid or mass is noted in the posterior cul de sac
