What Does My Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I had a recent ultra sound that reads: Heterogenous endometrium suggesting either hyperplasia or polyp; 1.8 left ovarian septated cyst; prominent fluid filled cervix. There is some free fluid in the pelvis and there is there is a small calcification probably representing a calcified liomyoma. This was done by my primary as my gyno couldn't get me in for over a month. Do have anything to worry about?

I my opinion you should consult another gynecologist. As fluid in the cervix with pelvic cavity is most probably suggestive of infection.so consult good gynecologist.
