Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is enlargement in the liver and spleen size on ultrasound.
2.This features are seen with any viral or bacterial infection which causes the liver and spleen enlargement.
3.Also seen in case of the systemic cause or alcohol abuse or blood born pathologies.
4.In this case a complete blood count, with liver function test will be informative.
5.Any underlying infection or present illness can give such findings - which needs ti be treated, then findings resolve by itself.

Good luck.
