well the scan shows a single pregnancy with posterior placenta which is safe to have. the remaining is a biophysical profile, ideally it should be done after 32 weeks but i am not sure why is it done for you when you are just in early second trimester. its fine as per the result. your fetal weight is 140gm at present and baby is fine. your pregnancy as per ultrasound is of 14 weeks and 1 day . cervix closed means that its safe and no chances of abortion as seen in cases of patulous or open cervix. regards
