my son 4 month old recently got treated by UTI caused by Klebsiella oxytoca . He was running high fever of 105 and later hospitalized . He received IV antibiotics for 2 days and a oral antibiotic course for 7 days . He is now doing well . We are asked to do a repeat renal ultrasound after 5 weeks as his first ultrasound showed mild dilation in left side renal pelvis and some debris in bladder , apart from this everything is normal. I would like to understand his renal ultrasound findings and implications of the same . When we asked the pediatrician he mentioned these findings come up during UTI and go away once problem is resolved . What can i expect in his 5 week later u/s. Is this a matter of concern
