What Does My Pregnancy Test Indicate?

hi i had my last normal period on 2 aug 14 and on 2 sep 14 i had spotting for 2 days that was fresh red in colour..now my urine pregnancy test and beta hcg are positive but there is no sac on u/s and endometrial thickening is 12.1mm..is that mean that i am not pregnant or what?

Hi dear and thanks for your query.
Endometrial thickness ,12 mm is very favorable that you are pregnant ,but it can be very small that with u/s we can see anything to confirm that.

You should wait for a week or 10 days to do another ultrasound examination to confirm exclude pregnancy .

Pregnancy test s at home and Bhcg are positive even if it could have been a chemical pregnancy.

As you pregnancy kit suggest positive that means you are pregnant and on ultrasound if there is no uterine sac is confusing picture!!
So you should repeat ultrasound after 10 days, as at 5 weeks in fetus heart rate will appear if viable fetus is there.
So my advise to you that repeat ultra sound after 10 days and that will clear the picture
