Hello and welcome to HCM,
A mass in breast needs to be taken seriously.
Absence of breast cancer does not rule out possibility of breast cancer.
You need to get an aspiration cytology of the mass seen on mammography.
If there is any evidence of malignancy on aspiration cytology, a biopsy may be done for confirmation on histopathology and markers.

Thanks and take care
