Spill in to the peritonium means one side of the tube is patent. Problem May be on left side but right side is normal so you can have a fair chances of getting pregnancy. Don't worry even if the problem is persistent there are procedures for tubal recanalization . Consult nearby gynecologist or some infertility specialist. Don't lose hope. In this modern advance medicine there were so many special surgical procedures. Yours is very small problem.
