What Does My Husband's Ecg Report Mean?

respected doctor,my husband is 34 years old,he hasbp, he takes the medicine APROVEL150mg and lipanthyl,he has cholestrol also. last day his ecg report shown below, so please i want to give a detailed explanation of this report.vent .rate 70bpm,PRint.230ms,QRS dur.100ms,QT/QTc int.372/392ms,P/QRS/T axis 49/50/25.RV5/SV1 amp.1.430mV,RV5+SV1 amp. 1.925mV. 1100 Sinus rhythm,2231 first degree AV block,9150 abnormal ECG. I am so tensioned, so pls.

Thanks for posting your query to HCM .

Your Husbands ECG is showing Prolonged PR interval with First degree AV block . Actually if you had posted the Picture it would have been more helpful .

But overall it means some electrical impulses which are transmitted from upper part of his heart ( Atria ) is passed down SLOWLY to lower part of his heart ( Ventricles ).
This is not a major abnormality so no need to be worried . But make sure he doesn't get any medicines in future which can reduce his heart rate as AV block would have slowed it.
