What Does My Following X Ray Report Indicate?

my chest xray report reads as follows;

"the heart is not enlarged.
mild haziness at LLL near cardiac apex is noted, likely epicardial fat pad rather than pulmonary jnfiltration, please clinical correlation.
the rest of lungs reveal no definite infiltration.
no pleural effusion is seen.
the visualized bony thorax is intact."

please explain what it means.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.That means there is a density noted in the left lower lobe adjacent to the cardiac apex.
2.That density can be the cardiac fat pad or infective patch.
3.Rest of the lung fields and other anatomical structures appears normal.
4.In this case if its symptomatic further investigation is needed. Initially a course of antibiotic will be helpful.
5.If there is no relief further computer tomography thorax will help.

Good luck.
