What Does My Endovaginal Sonogram Result Indicate?

I have a endovaginal sonogram done and The impresión is anteverted uterus with myomatous changes, nabothian cysts at cerviz and complex cystic structure with solif component at área of right ovary/adnexa i would like info about that in spanish because my english is not good at well

Hello

Findings suggests presence of a fibroid in uterus.Size,position etc are not mentioned in your query.
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus.
Treatment of fibroid depend upon many things like age,family is completed or not,symptoms etc.
Treatment of fibroid is both conservative and surgical.
It need evaluation by a gynecologist.

There is a nabothian cyst in cervix.It usually doesn't require any treatment.

There is also a complex cyst in right adnexa.Size is not mentioned.This need follow up ultrasound.Some cysts may regress with time.It may require treatment if size increases or there is complications.
