Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a suspicious densities in the bilateral upper lobes - as upper lobes are under complex anatomy the densities could not be analyse properly.
2.So the doctor has suggested a apico-lordotic view in which the x-ray tube is faced in such way that the penetration of the x-ray will be better and gives better information of that location.
3.Its suspicious because thats most common location for tuberculosis.
4.In worst case HRCT - high resolution computer tomography will be the best to suggest.
5.Rest of the findings in the x-ray appears to be normal including cardia and rest of the lung fields.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
