What Does My Chest X-ray Report Mean?

Could you please tell me what this diagnosis means? I ve been going in and out of this clinic for my pre-employment exam because of the x-ray part.Re-evaluation (4/21/14).Chest x-ray ( apicolordotic view) : Apicolordotic view as correlated with the chest PA radiograph dated 04-07-2014 shows fibrohazed densities in the left upper lobe, probably Koch s in etiology of undetermined activity. Suggest clinical correlation and comparison with old films.(4/16/2014). For Pulmonology clearance regarding Pulmonary tuberculosis on chest x-ray. Strongly suggest to monitor BP, at least 2 readings on separate occasions per day then advise follow-up consult after 1 week. Suggest eye refraction by an Ophthalmologist. Suggest work-up regarding obesity (overweight by 30.30kgs.)

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The chest X rays show the possibility of TB changes in upper lobes and this might have been a long time back. Any history of diagnosis and treatment of TB is important.
Your blood pressure needs to be recorded at rest on two separate occasions to see for high blood pressure.
You also need to check your eyesight for any visual acuity disturbances.
