What Does My Blood Work Report Indicate?

Okay I m a 31 female and I m having bad blood work , My blood work from my Ob doctor showed after 4 months of being on birth control my Testosterone is still at a 148 and holding and it s should be under 48 and I am wondering what may happen to me when I get into a doctor , will I just get a pill , or have to have surgery , or just what will have to be done to get it in order cause I also have PCOD too ?

I really appreciate your concern, if the increased testosterone does not cause any clinical manifestation or cause pregnancy barrier then this need to be left like that only, and if this is the case then it need to be corrected, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
