Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone your query and can understand your concern...

Your blood report shows HEMATOCRIT 47.7 % , MEAN CORPUSCULAR VOLUME(MCV) 102.4 , MEAN CORPUSCULAR HEMOGLOBIN(MCH) 30.5 pq , MEAN CORP.HEMO.CONC(MCHC) 29.8 g/dL , RED CELL DISTRIBUTION WIDTH - SD(RDW-SD) 63 fL &RED CELL DISTRIBUTION WIDTH (RDW-CV) 16.8. These reports show that your Red blood cell size is larger than normal & are significant if you have anemia or low haemoglobin. If you have no anemia than these are insignificant.
The other thing to consider is you have decreased PLATELET COUNT of 90000 µL, Which can be due to many reasons such as Aplastic anemia, dengue, use of some drugs like heparin, etc

Refer to your physician for consultation
Hoping your query is solved
