What Does My Abdominal Scan Indicate?

i did a scan which said Significant inflammatory tissue reaction in both adexea as well as in the pouch of douglas causing poor interface between pelvic organs. mild free fluid collection in pouch of douglas features of PID. What does this means? Though, I was given some drugs like: Floxium 500mg, Genafen 400mg, Clindamycin 300mg, panadol 500mg. Pls explain and advice

hi, Dr. boskey gandhi is here. your report indicates pelvic inflammatory disease. it is one kind of long standing infection surrounding uterus. which Is one of the cause of pain during menses. don't worry, it's curable, but u have to take medicine for long time, approximately 6-10weeks. so if u being regularity in medicine, it Will be cure. okay good luck.
