hello,
causes of imbalance may be due to viral and bacterial infection in the ear, blood circulation disorders that affect the inner ear or brain, head injury, low blood pressure.as u have already ruled out low blood pressure and brain involvement, symptom may be due to ears.compression in c5-c7 level usually causes pain in the neck radiating to upper arm.
