What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

My wife had back pain occasionally since many years.recently she had acute pain while sitting in sofa. MRI report shows circumferential disc bulging involving L-3-4, L4-5, and L5-S1 disc causing mild anterior thecal sac indentation and bilateral facet joint hypertrophy at L4-5 and L5-S1 S1 levels.the doctor has prescribed dolonex injury, v injury, mepsonate 500 5â„…dextrose, tab miofree, nervmax tab. The pain decreased the second day of treatment and increased by the evening. The doctor preferred spine injection if the pain persist. Kindly advice

Please advise your wife to rectify the posture and try to sit with back straight ...she may use some pillow support for lower back ...keep spine straight while walking also ...try to sleep on hard mattress ...and while lifting weight etc from lower level ..knee joint should be bent instead of back ...medicines are okay and may be needed for a few days
..but correction of posture is must ...and ask her to avoid straining for a few days as strain in toilet etc ...
